day, the teacher guides the children’s learning through careful
planning and preparation. They do this by asking open ended
questions, making cautious suggestions and by encouraging
problem solving skills and creative thinking.
Another important role of the teacher is to carefully observe and document the individual progress of the student, and to relay any
questions or concerns to the parent. The teachers also model appropriate language and social skills.
